I personally have tried Lipo-Flavonoid on two separate occasions to try with my tinnitus.  Sad to say, but I obtained no relief at all.  In fairness however, I did not take the entire bottle as I ended up getting frustrated and went on to something else.

Lipo-Flavonoid is a nutritional supplement product sold in places like Walgreens where I bought it.  This product contains vitamins of the B class, vitamin C, and eriodictyol glycoside.  The ingredients list with 3 capsules:
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 300 mg
Vitamin B-1 (thiamin mononitrate) 1 mg
Vitamin B-2 (riboflavin) 1 mg
Niacin (niacinamide) 10 mg
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl) 1 mg
Vitamin B-12 (Cyanocobalamin) 5 µg
Pantothenic acid (calcium pantothenate) 5 mg
Choline (choline bitartrate) 334 mg
Bioflavonoids (lemon bioflavonoids complex) 300 mg
Inositol 334 mg

The eriodictyol glycoside is thought to possibly improve ear health possibly by increasing inner ear circulation.  However, this is not fully understood and the FDA does not have to approve nutritional supplements such as this one.  So the safety & effectiveness of this product has not been approved by the FDA.

Please comment on your experience with this product for tinnitus.

For me, this does not help relieve the ringing in my ears but does help with the pressure/fullness sensation I get from tinnitus.
